Cariocas Pizzas Holbox

First. It would be nice to eat together. They were not served together. After twenty minutes, the second person got their meal. The place was half empty. Caesar salad with industrial dressing. What a Pitty in the country of origin of this salad was drowned by the finished sauce. Unhappy. The fish caught freshly, but then overqualified in the pan. Mummified.... I was so sad for the fish. The pasta with camarones/shrimps was also drowned in Bland fatty cream. A point for the beach with sea view.

Bolognese spaghetti was fine. Lobster pieces on the pizza dry not very fresh. Try another place: maybe Roots.

We both had the pasta and it was not that great. The pasta was overcooked and it was like eating a soap. The service was very nice from mthe people working there.

We visited this restaurant last week in Holbox. We ordered two pastas, the bolognese one and the zucchini and shrimps one, and we were really surprised, they’re were the best pastas we ever had. The place is also super cozy and chilled, so I will highly recommend it.
