McDonald's - Le Boulou

Order of two Chicago... including a bacon... we open the sandwiches.. one the bread is very dry... the other it lacks tomato and bacon...I ask that we be refassed it...normal...but when I start my Burger the bread from the underside is dry...it leaves in miette...I return to the crate ... yet signals to a cashier that has smiled at me...

It's been twice in 1 year that I don't have a trim in my Big Mac. All this after half an hour of waiting without anyone in front of me at the drive. The only Mac Donald Le Boulou 66) I have problems with.
