Delivery request "as soon as possible" 1h30 later I wonder where my order is but still not at my table! The deliveryman obviously doesn't understand my anger. No commercial gesture or even compensation. And to crown everything, he doesn't take the restaurant card. He seemed to have ordered me in a restaurant and not in a carpet merchant.
