Fleur de sel - Le Havre

I was invited to Fleur de Sel by an old friend who go there quite often. Cute little restaurant abot 30 seats, along a quay close to downtown.The chef only selects products coming from small local suppliers and gets the fish and seafood from the fishermen's market.I started with a filet of marinated mackerel, very tasty and extremely fresh. Followed by aiguillettes of John Dory with a wonderful Beurre Blanc. Why ordering beef when you have great fish and poultry in Normandy?For dessert I chose a vacherin strawberry and rhubarb, some kind of dismantled one. Very good

Was recommeded this by the hotel and was great. Menu had a good choice.steak was great and cooked perfectly. Wine st. Emillion was also great. Good value
