It was our second dinner at the bat, and this time the opportunity was valentine. having booked on the excellent memory of our first time, without knowing the menu, I enjoyed that the boss reminds me to check if the menu suits us. He was perfect. We had a very big kick for one of the entrances: an egg cooked at low temperature, accompanied by a foie gras cream with fresh truffle shavings. A real murder! We enjoyed the choice of wines perfectly aligned to dishes. See you soon!
