Memphis Coffee - Le Havre

We came to eat Monday March 18, we were neither happy nor happy. The service is ok but nothing more, the waitresses are smiling but give the impression of being there with no obligations. The food remains correct, in any case, this time if it was hot and the cooking was respected. On the other hand, the atmosphere is morbid, we just have music and the decoration which recalls the American side but that's all there is. No real atmosphere from the servers who are all one of the main elements of this atmosphere to be experienced by the customer. 3 stars I think it's okay.
