Beautiful structure very modern and pleasant, kitchen has both refined and surprising, but tackling the product above all. plates worked visually and gustatively... cards of the perfect wines a table to be made on the mans!
Second experience with a fight. The service is running, nothing to say. The kitchen is always as remarkable. very worked dishes, a lot of preparation and research, mixing flavors and textures. The tuna damier cooked and boiled is superb, worthy of a star. idem for calf tartar and tuna " vitello tonnato". Gorgeous calf ris, desserts also very elaborate, we are far from the mistled cream. the products are beautiful and simple but it is mainly their preparation that makes the difference. deserves a star!
Very good restaurant, very chic. the renovation is really good and the dishes are worthy of a large restaurant. I still think it's a little expensive and it's a little missing in the plate. personal care.
