The LeMars store has exceptionally great staff; friendly and efficient!

Online order wasn't accurate, but none the less delicious, staff is friendly. Went yesterday ordered a 6 inch and without paying attention ended up purchasing a ft long woops.

Employee would not make sandwhich the way I asked. I wanted it toasted, but they are not allowed to toast wraps. I have heard this at other subway locations, but I reassure the worker that I 'm okay if it bubbles up when toasted. This is the first timethe employee refused. I will never return to this location. The customer is always right, and my soggy wrap was disappointing.

I called 2 days prior to my daughter's birthday party to get a party sub. The employee gave me all the wrong information including the price, how many people it would feed, and how much of a notice they needed. He told me I had to call the daybefore. I called Friday at 2:20 to get the sandwich on Saturday at 1. It was very obvious the assistant manager didn't want todo because I hadn't called exactly 24 hours before hand (I was never told to and I specifically asked the night prior). Shedidn't seem like she really cared about my situation and I was really upset at how unsympathetic she was to the fact that I nowhad to add another thing to my list to do because she didn't train her employees correctly and give them the right information.I will never spend any money in this store again.
