I can't comment on the Hotel as I live in Le Pont, so only use the restaurant. This is a family owned and run establishment. The food is great. I would say it's a mix of classical dishes and good brasserie fare. The specialty (as...the name suggests) is trout. either blue' (cooked whole is stock) or meunière' cooked in butter. You can also choose from steak cooked traditional in a pan or sur ardoise on a hot stone that cooks the meat in front of you. I've been fortunate to enough to eat here quite a few times of the last few years. The food is always of a consistent high quality. The wine list is good. The price is also good. The service is friendly with most of teh staff speaking multiple languages. The terrace is a great place for an after-work apero. Sit and watch the lake...
Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, freundlicher Service und gutes Essen.
Der Service ist gestresst und unhöflich, sogar falsch, die Qualität des Essens ist sehr durchschnittlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entspricht nicht dem Standard des Hotels. Wir werden nicht zurückkommen.
Ich war mit einem Freund von mir zusammen. Wir haben beide ein Steak auf 'Ardoise ' bestellt. Als Beilage hatten wir verschiedene Sauce, Gemüse, Pommes . Es war wirklich fantastisch! Der Kellner war sehr sympathisch und kommunikativ. Ich vergaß leider seinen Namen, er spricht mehrere Sprachen und hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Sehr freundliches und angenehmes Ambiente!
