Chalet Venay - Le Reposoir

I hope people never judge to eat with this restaurant standard. Microwave is the chief best friend, but he treats it like a dog treated a dried bone. eating is terrible, the service. I could get tough. one of the worst I saw, if you want to eat dog food served by a pitbull, please enjoy it!

This is a good place for an informal lunch, there is a good view of the valley. that eating was not great, but ok, so a visit for the location worth. I found the service to be efficient.

A group of 8 of us went to this restaurant of our apartments. we had a series of foods of children's dishes, fondues and rachlettes, all of which were delicious. we were served by a very friendly waiter who very much our party. well served for the whole evening. we would definitely return

The food itself was very good a fantastic fondue and a charming take on a creme brûlée (with a hint of what seemed to be Pernod! but the staff's attitude was very poor. Immediately we were seated outside as they claimed they were fully booked,...despite a number of tables being empty inside. August should be good weather but it was a particularly cold evening. When we asked if we could sit inside there was a lot of umming and Ahhhing and saying how difficult it would be, they knew it was cold outside and made no effort to let us know if we could sit inside. Eventually we were able to move inside for dessert where we still received the unhelpful attitude of the waitress. It may have been a certain waitress, or even the fact we were English but it somewhat ruined our evening.

Very good reception, friendly and efficient waitress who makes its maximum to satisfy the customer with the smile!Even though, we were a little disappointed by the fondue with mushrooms. melts a little too liquid and strong in taste of wine. We didn't feel good cheese. It is however served with a copier and very good plate of handmade charcuterie from the corner. We will certainly go back there to test other dishes in view of the opinions left.
