Restaurant L'Instant Z - Le Thou

My man and I had dinner in l’instant z when we were in France last month. I am vegetarian, and although the (short) menu at l’instant z no vegetarian options, the chef made a wonderful work and adapted some of the. the meat-based options to rust, what was probably the most tasty meal I had all the trip! it is a small restaurant (a man and woman company, cook with monsieur and serve madame), in a rather unpreparing modern building, but the chef literally leads wonder in his tiny kitchen. when booking is important the reservation, and if they have a vegetarian in the party, they should definitely mention it when making their booking.

When they flash, they will miss this hidden gem! a type of turnkey device that takes into account the quality of food. a 38€ meal of 4 curses, all evenly good was great. the apricosen dessert is simply excellent! madame served us with good humor and just enough English that matched our enough franzosen.

This is a small restaurant in le thou not far from la rochelle, where the owner is the chef. eating is well thought out and well balanced. all ingredients are local with an excellent gift. Do not miss the menu carte blanche, a beautiful surprise from beginning to end. the chef himself will explain the teller. a restaurant that is worth going when they are in the region.

Great meal. Fine, drawing on produits du terroir, innovative. Particular mention for the deserts! Very good service. Deserves a Michelin star. A good value for money.
