Restaurant Lycee Hotelier Brillat-Savarin

We went during the exams and had a nice lunch that was in order to eat, but it was the front of the house personnel who were checked for their skills. mix them over all dishes from the kitchen, but we enjoyed and would go back.

The lycee hotolier du toquet is a year 11 to 13 school that teaches his pupule to cook and serve so not to be hard on them. the view from the large window gives a pleasant view of the table. this restaurant has not a fixed...menu it changes every day the menu here consists of a mise en bouche, starter, main course and a dessert there is not a fixed price for all that it can be very appropriate what they eat. this restaurant serves traditional foods and quality drinks such as a selection of wines (red and white) and champagnes offer cocktails (with and without alcohol).

En ne se rend pas par hasard au restaurant de ce lycée ou le service est effectué par les élèves,il faut parfois être indulgent,mais on y mange bien.Il faut demander les menus à l'avance et réserver surtout pour les soirées à thème

La relève est assurée ...l'attention est bien présente tant dans l'assiette que dans le service ...merci et bonne continuationparente d'élève et gourmet avertie

Le repas était correcte, le service attentionné, le cadre agréablela localisation et le stationnement sans difficultés
