Sonic Drive-in - League City

Last night, we visited this Sonic location as it was the closest one to us open late at night. Despite being a bit understaffed (only one girl taking orders), our food arrived fresh and hot. The employee working that night was working hard and remained polite and apologetic even though they were extremely busy, especially considering it was after midnight. She deserves praise for her positive attitude even in a challenging situation. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I know how difficult it can be to maintain a smile when things don't go perfectly, but she managed to do so.

The banana milkshake was large. However, there was only one waiter and the service was very slow.

I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 a.m. wanting to order breakfast. I waited for 15 minutes with the red button pressed and flashing, but no one took my order. Eventually, I gave up.

This sonic situation is terrible. I was there several times when my grandchildren live close. on 12/15/2021 we went around approx. 530 clock before gymnastics and waited more than 10 minutes after pressing the red button and no one took our order so we went because we wanted to be too late. my big ones wanted a gymnastics, so I thought I'd try my luck again, but not to any incident. the purchase by the app did not work, so we went back and again the same happened. we pressed the red button and we were not helped. When I went back to dq, someone finally arrived and when I ordered 2 explosions, she cried at me in the ground and told me that her blazing machine didn't work, but they could have shaken. when I asked my 3 and 6 year old grandchildren if she wanted shakes, she started yelling at me again. we ordered and waited another 10-15 minutes for 2 mini shakes. others drove up and after several minutes was waited, it was said that the soda machine, blazing machine, etc. does not work. Why didn't they just shut the evening instead of letting people wait to find out they couldn't order what they wanted from the menu!

Delicious cold strawberry limeade....lg size was $3.67 WOW! Over iced!!!! And Over priced! Lol
