Taco Cabana - League City

After a long day at work, I decided to order dinner and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service from a young lady at the drive-thru. Right when I approached the speaker, she recommended the tortilla soup, which turned out to be delicious. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating when I wanted to add more items to my order at the window and made the process easy. The food was served hot and fresh, and the nachos were the best I've had in years. I definitely plan on returning, as all the employees were genuinely sweet!

Although a new employee made a mistake with my order, the young man who I believe to be a manager was very helpful and kind. He quickly corrected my order, despite my frustration at the time. I want to thank him and also apologize for my attitude.

I tried the street tacos and unfortunately, I wasn't impressed. They didn't resemble the delicious offerings you'd typically find at a taco truck.

This Taco Cabana location is a complete disaster. I've eaten here many times when I lived just down the street, and I'm not joking—my order is incorrect every single time. I almost expect it at this point. It's truly ridiculous. The staff are consistently rude, no matter who is serving you. If you ask for no meat, you’ll still get meat. If you order burritos, you’ll receive tacos instead. I understand it's fast food, but I at least expect to get what I pay for. The food is often unappetizing and messy. If you order enchiladas, be prepared to open the container at home with paper towels because it'll be a mess everywhere. They serve it sloppily and seem to just call it a day. Management really needs to improve.

Usually, my experience here is great, but that particular day was different. The food was disappointing, and as a fan of Taco Cabana, that really says something.
