Panjo's Pizza On The Frio - Leakey

This small pizza place isn't too shabby. The pizzas are made to order, which means they take a little while to prepare. I tried the chicken Alfredo pizza but ended up picking off all the chicken because it had a rubbery texture. I should have just gone with pepperoni instead. The crust was quite good, but the beer wasn't as cold as I would have preferred. It would also be great if they offered pizza by the slice.

The pizza was enormous and absolutely fantastic! We really loved it. Given the challenging times we were going through, this was a truly wonderful treat for us.

The iceberg side salad was surprisingly good, even though I typically dislike iceberg lettuce. There was something about the refreshing coldness and the way the lettuce was sliced that made it quite enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is spacious, natural, and inviting. It's located in a lovely modern limestone breezeway, featuring wood plank ceilings and outdoor ceiling fans. The staff was also very friendly.
