Starbucks - Leavenworth

Starbucks can be great, and this store started out amazing. It’s definitely gotten worse as it has been open longer. I’m paying almost $10 for one medium drink, if I get add-ons they should be in my drink. The past few times I have went I ordered drinks with something or multiple things added in and they are not in my drink. It’s stuff that is definitely noticeable if it were in there. I think the staff can be nice and I don’t normally say anything because they can be really busy and I completely understand that, but when the parking lot is empty and there are 12 staff members inside I was kind of hoping for my drink to be made the way I paid for it. Aside from that, all the basic drinks I get are great.

Placed an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait. Got to the store and my order wasn’t even started. Note that there were no customers in line or waiting for drinks when I arrived. Caused me to be late for work.

My cafe misto was ready before it was time! Loved it!!

I'm not a fan of their coffee but their refreshers are pretty good but still overpriced wish I could give a better score

Such a great Starbucks! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming and the drinks were spot on! They were also fast! I would definitely recommend this location.
