Contribuisci feedbackThe restaurant is experiencing a staff shortage, so they've closed the dine-in area (please find a way to indicate this). However, the team is working incredibly hard to serve the drive-thru customers. Unfortunately, there's also an issue with the speaker/microphone in one of the lanes. While I'm not a fan of McDonald's as a company, I truly appreciate the dedication of the staff here. One employee even jumped out to help push a customer's car into the parking lot!
The kiosks have a few issues, and the meat could be served hotter. However, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is very clean.
They perfectly exemplified the typical poor customer service found in fast food restaurants. This was by far the worst experience I've had. The staff were simply rude, and they didn't seem to care. They turned off the lights and stopped taking orders while customers were still in line.
Clean, welcoming, food is fresh and good, no wait, workers were helpful and friendly.
I tried something new today. Mango smoothie was so good. I was with McDonald a few times. The young man who brings my drinks is very nice. That's a great McDonald's. It'll be back soon.
