Mcdonald's - Leawood

Ordered at 12:05 here in spot one for pick up. It's now 12:30 and I had to go in to get it and wasn't even ready and of course shake machine is also broke so can't complete my order. So much for a lunch

Lazy workers closed an hour early and cancelled an order that had already been paid for on app. 9:50pm 2/7/24

Pretty incredible that so much feedback left here has referenced the same awful employee being rude for years. The owners truly do not care. Avoid this location until she’s gone.

Waited in pick up for 30 minutes my Fries were cold and couldn’t understand what the girl was saying who took my money it was the worst time I ever had at a McDonald’s!!!!

Fat African American lady in the drive through never fails to be extremely rude and aggressive every time. I go through the drive through once a month to see if she is fired and every time i receive unwarranted hostility. No idea how she still has a job. Her vibe is how dare you pull up to my drive through. Recently she started saying her system is down every night so she does not have to do her job. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS UNTIL SHE IS GONE.Edit: 9 months later and she is still there somehow? They are that desperate for employees that they still have this scum working there. I think she spit in my coffee. Fire her and it goes from 3 stars to 4. Anyone who has encountered her knows who im talking about.
