Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I enjoyed the chicken biscuit with pimento cheese so much that I returned a few days later for another one. The hash rounds were excellent, but I found a hair in my sandwich. The food is decent for the price, but the cleanliness could use some improvement—you get what you pay for.

This was my first visit to Bojangles, and I ordered chicken tenders, biscuits, mashed potatoes with gravy, and dirty rice. The flavors of everything I tried were outstanding and clearly set apart from the competition. I'll definitely return to this location because the staff is friendly and dedicated. Even though they appeared to be understaffed in this busy area, my experience was perfect. Thank you!

Watching the team prepare the meals was chaotic—communication was clearly lacking. One team member would pack certain Bo rounds, only for another to come along and pack different ones for the same order, resulting in duplicate efforts. A mobile order was placed, but when the customer arrived, they were informed it would take at least another 15 minutes. The customer left without their order, but the team continued to work on it because they weren’t aware that the customer had left. Meanwhile, another woman who came through the drive-thru was told to pull up and they would bring her Bo Berry biscuits, but after waiting 15 minutes, she was informed that the worker had simply forgotten about her. We witnessed all of this as our order took about 30 minutes to prepare. Overall, it seems the team could benefit from further training or leadership support. The only redeeming quality (thus earning a second star) was that the Bo rounds were fresh.

Wanted to eat here. My wife and I were on the road for hours. Sign on the window said come on in. Well door was all locked up. Apparently they did not want our business! Dining room was closed. Not very welcoming to customers from out of state. Luckyfor us. The other location dining room was open and welcoming customers. Said. Wouldn't be this way. If they had locations inNorthern Illinois.

Chicken was just okay. Coleslaw and mashed potatoes were great (even though they only had breakfast gravy. Biscuits were DELICIOUS! No green beans. (The clerk said they have been out of them for weeks! Staff was FRIENDLY. Bathroom smelled. Lovedthe music playing!
