Domino's Pizza - Lebanon

The driver was rude and didn’t follow the contactless delivery instructions; he knocked loudly on the door and demanded a tip. I thought I had already tipped him. Additionally, the pizza was burnt.

The prices listed on the website are incorrect. I went in for a small pizza that was advertised as $6, but when I asked, they told me it actually costs over $10. They really need to update their prices.

I called because I thought my order had been delivered to the wrong address since the tracker showed it as complete. The woman who answered the phone had an incredibly abrasive attitude from start to finish. All she needed to do was reassure me that my order was on the way in a polite and professional manner. However, the delivery man was very courteous, which helped to counterbalance the rudeness I experienced on the phone.
