Food was phenomenal. The amount of serving was great. You would not think great food were being serve here just by the outside appearance. Truly, a great find. Will be back. Beef chimichanga was lit. (How millennials would say :

Awesome. Stopped on a whim and ordered a bunch of different tacos for takeout. Each was better than the last. Absolutely outstanding. And the place is super cute too. Cannot recommend highly enough. Editing my review: I've now been another 7-8 times and my 5 star review stands. I cannot get over how good the food is. All the tacos are SO good. The corn tortillas are perfect. Love everything but have settled on carnitas and barbacoa as favorites. Everything is well priced. Nice folks. Charming interior if you want to eat in. They are ?. We are so lucky to randomly have such a great gem in the middle of Hunterdon

Delicious, pretty much any dish. I'm a tacos regular (try the beef cheek ones if they have them), usually al pastor. But I've ordered other stuff like fajitas and things every now and then and all have been top notch.

Great low key place that serves food fast and it's high quality. We were there for lunch and the place was hopping but the food came out fast

The best Mexican food in the area with the nicest staff you?ll ever find. I can?t order food from any other Mexican restaurant around because they are all a disappointment compared to Los Chilitos. I eat here about once a week and wish I ate here more frequently than that. I would (and do) recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone.
