Pizza Hut - Lebanon

My pizza was definitely more of a medium than a large, and the wings I ordered were barely coated in sauce. They tasted tough and seemed old—not old as in they took a while to arrive, but old like they had been left out overnight. I could only manage to eat one and ended up throwing the rest away, which is something I rarely do since I usually love the sauce and can overlook other issues. But these wings were just unappetizing. On a brighter note, the cheese sticks were fantastic, even though I didn't receive the extra marinara I asked for. Additionally, my DoorDash delivery driver, Rachel, was absolutely charming. She was really sweet to my toddler and expressed genuine gratitude for her tip, even though I felt that $7 wasn't very sufficient.

I paid for extra marinara sauce but only received one portion instead of the two I ordered. This issue seems to happen often. Do you have any suggestions on how to avoid this in the future?

The pizza was delicious, although it was slightly overcooked. The cheese sticks had some burnt cheese on the edges, but the center was surprisingly doughy.

I really enjoy the three-topping taste maker pizza; it's my favorite! Pizza Hut continues to deliver delicious pizza. The manager and staff at the Ost Lebanon location are friendly and professional, embodying excellent customer service. They are a true asset to the company!

It's still my favorite pizza! However, I was taken aback by the price of a dozen wings, which came to over $23. It might have been an error, but I won't be ordering the wings again after that experience.
