Contribuisci feedbackMan, I love Taco Bell. Only reason they salvage 2 stars. This location is awful, however. Immature 20-something employees with the attitudes of 15 year olds. Food usually missing or incorrect. Today, I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins. Only to findout all the other cars were leaving because no one was taking orders. No signage. Nothing. Terribly run chain location.
First of all, I couldn't order face to face with a person on a register. We were told we had to do the self order. I was looking for the $10 box I heard about on the internet and the $7 box. It wasn't available on the self order and no one was willing tohelp me. With people going constantly in and out of the drive-thru there were maybe three of us inside with an order. I had towait about 20 minutes to get my order. I'm not complaining cuz I really didn't have any plans for the rest of the day since itwas raining very hard and I can be entertained by their free Wi-Fi. Before the pandemic I know I would wait a maximum of 8minutes. This is more than a year and a half into the pandemic and I believe they only had a staff of three and they werelooking for more pity from us than answering our questions. It will be nice if they had those special boxes on the self orderbut it took me a while and I looked all over and they weren't there.
Dreadful service. if I could not give stars, I would. this is the only taco bell in my opposite and it is still 25 min from my house. it never fails every time I order from here I miss food, it is cold, insensitive . I try to call the load if eating no answer is missing. I even ask every time they give me that, that's all. They always say yes and low and see food missing. I ordered today a party package for my children and got all the way to home only 6 tacos instead of 12. it's getting ridiculous. I will not order from this taco bell again.
They screw you at the drive thru! Worst run fast food joint in Lebanon. I don't normally post negative reviews but... The consistently poor service at this place deserves it. Fryer always broke (no fries, no nacho fry burritos, no wings for the short time they were supposed to be available), food that has to be ordered on an app (how is this fast food messed up simple orders and poor attitudes when you come back to get it fixed. Please tear this place down and put up an Arby's.
Horrible!!Ordered 2 beef chalupas and 6 taco Supreme. Got 2 chicken chalupas, WRONG meat!! NO sour cream on 6 tacos, AND had to wait 15 mins in drive thru lane AFTER ordering, in addition to the 5 or 10 minutes waiting to place order.. Food was COLD!! WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN. Don't waste your money or time. NO receipt. I would have called them and also reviewed online. Horrible!!
