Train's Tavern - Lebanon

Went there on the 15th of December for wings. I ate ten wings and order a second round of ten . The older lady behind the bar was coughing a lot but didn't think much of it because she looked like a smoker. When my second order of wings came out, she handed them to me. About 48 hours later I woke with covid symptoms and then tested positive. Spent Christmas isolated away from my family. Thank you Trains for your top notch hygiene. Stay classy Lebanon!

Been going here for years, been declining under new ownership, the are there for the money unlike previous owners providing a greet service, last straw that broke the back!! ate at the deli store side new person, high turn over new owners, new employee cleaned grill early we could smell it they said know, everyone thst ate from grill including me got rash in mouth hives in mouth, first time ever from food from the grill only. will never go again!! you lost a long customer develop from old owners.

Placed a to go order for a dozen wings and mushrooms,drove ten minutes, should have checked the order to make sure it was in order but didn 't! Paid for a dozen wings and when I returned home there were only 1/2 dozen wings,called immediately but had no intention of returning but if I want a partial refund or a complimentary order of what I should have received and paid for in the first place,I will have to return. Chipolte dip for the mushrooms had spilled inside the container that wasn 't even upright. On top of that the wings weren 't even good they were dried out!! Now I can wait till next week to get a dozen complimentary order of wings but why would I want a complimentary order of wings that were not good. The service now adays is disturbingDisappointed!!

Food is fantastic. Customer service is horrendous. Called to make a pick up order, she placed me on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and tried to call back numerous times with being sent directly to voice mail.

I was super impressed with the food here. I went about a year ago and if being honest, the food wasn't very good. But they've either gotten a new cook, or changed who they get their food from because I really had zero complaint this time!I can't wait to go back, which will be soon.The waitress was wonderful, very thorough.We did have to wait a little bit for the food once we ordered but it was worth it!
