The steak tartare we shared first up was lovely with the bonus of a small shot of a spicy **** Mary. My fillet...steak was done to my liking and hubby enjoyed his traditional pork fillet dish. A nice bottle of local wine and friendly service topped off the evening. The restaurant is midway up the mountain and can be reached by local bus with a 10 walk back down after dinner along a lit hiking path, admiring the lights of Lech below. Would we return? Yes but not before being tempted by some of the other local options.
We have booked a table for an evening dinner in the evening, but at the arrival the restaurant area with a view of the only for the use of inhabitants. as a result we landed in a completely separate back area, which was pleasant, but light...soulless and could have been anywhere, i.e. not in oberlech, who looked down along the valley in the city. the meal and the service were good, but when we arrived in our desert, the main it area began to empty, as the space was free so that the staff could set up to the breakfast. the inhabitants then dived on the free tables in the opposite, which we with him as a drink coffee and play games. all the rest of the environment was destroyed. very disappointing. my advice is to lunch on the terrace or accept that they only have a good meal sans view in the evening. the website of the restaurant is dishonest as it is on a prospect that they are not able to benefit from.
