Maison Baudequin - Lectoure

Exceptional ice. All homemade (plus cornets), with local products, for a price equal to ordinary artisanal ice. The boss is also making pastry. Exquisite coffee!

We were taken there by our hosts and what a nice place to have a freshly made lunch. So good we went back there by ourselves the next day. Very friendly and do try it.

I found myself coming here every day to sit on their walkway terrace to have tee or hot chocolate. her chocolat chaud gourmand is thick, as a slim chocolate, and it is great with espelette pfeffer powder at the top for a kick. the man and the woman who run this chocolate tea shop/paper are so friendly and smiling. they make their own chocolate and have many interesting forms for sale, as well as the traditional French chocolates. they also sell a few cakes and sweets to take away or eat there. some of the reviews here say that they can eat here, but I didn't see it, and in October at least they are closed during the midday period. maybe this is lunch right during the summer tourist season. in winter the shop is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. as so many dinge in lectoure, they can not really count on hours listed on the internet, they need to look at what is listed on the door to time.
