Buster's Pizza Donair - Leduc

Average pizza at best, slow delivery. Last time we order from here

Very slow, takes them 45 minutes to make 4 chicken strips after spending $22.... better place's to go to save yourself the time.

Both pizzas we ordered were delicious, but they arrived crushed during delivery. The fries were tasty as well, but unfortunately cold and hard. I might give them another chance, especially since the customer service from this pizza company was excellent—they offered me two free pizzas within a few days. This time, I received two completely different kinds of pizza, and the delivery was hot and perfect. One of the pizzas was called the Firestarter, and it may just be the best I've tried in Leduc—definitely among the top three. I will definitely order again and feel they deserve a five-star rating, even after the initial issue.

I've been a supporter of this restaurant for some time now, despite it often being underwhelming. The garlic cheese sticks are usually tasty, but this location is quite stingy with the Donair meat. I work in Fort Saskatchewan, and each week, we order Donairs from Busters, where they generously provide three times the meat for a super Donair. Unfortunately, the food was cold and disappointing today. As a result, you've lost a customer. I’ll be driving to Primetime Donair from now on; it’s definitely worth the trip.

The Busters Pizza location in Leduc is exceptional. Don't get me wrong—the pizza, donairs, and everything I've tried there has consistently met my expectations. However, it's the customer service that truly earns my loyalty. I once made a mistake with my online order, and the staff corrected it without hesitation. The delivery driver is also fantastic—very friendly, courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to interact with. I've ordered several times now and have never been disappointed! Other chains like Pizza Hut, Pizza 73, Panago, and Domino's could learn a thing or two from these guys, but they simply can't match the quality of food that Busters offers. Great job, Busters—keep up the good work!
