I consistently have a great experience shopping at Co-op. I think their prices are fair, and the quality of the meat, produce, and deli items is outstanding. Their cakes and cupcakes are perfect for birthday celebrations. It's definitely my favorite store.

If you do all your shopping in one place, you can score some excellent deals, but you might end up spending more on other items, so it’s worth being mindful. The bread is exceptional, baked fresh daily and offered at prices lower than the delivered alternatives. Plus, if you sign up for the $10 membership, they’ll contribute towards your savings, similar to an RRSP—they can provide more details if you inquire.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the bakery team for the amazing Minecraft cupcakes they created for my daughter's birthday! They were truly delightful!

We visit this store every week and often go more than once. Our favorite sections are the bakery and produce. We also really enjoy the prepared food area; it's our go-to for deli meats because of their excellent selection and quality. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
