The drive-thru has two lanes, but is prone to bottlenecks due to the tight space and the number of trucks and SUVs. It may be quicker to dine in if they have sufficient staff to cater to both options. Patience is a must, and seating is limited.
I stopped by for a quick dark roast coffee and a toasted bagel. The service was friendly and efficient, with a very quick turnaround. The staff were very personable. The tables and floors were a bit messy, but it was understandable as the place was packed.
I have been to Tim Hortons all over Canada(hundreds of times) and never felt an urge to leave a review. We were driving through this Tim Hortons, no one was waiting behind me and I had a few questions about my options as I am...gluten free. The lady working there told me she is not allowed to tell me anything about allergies. Okay, fair enough, I ask to see the ingredients list, she hands me the pamphlet that clearly defines calories but not ingredients or allergy information. I asked if she had anything else so I could see what I can eat, or speak to a manager but they didnt have anything, nor would a manager come talk to me. I find this dissapointing that Tim Hortons has taken no positive steps for the guests with allergies.
