This was the worst dining experience at Foxwoods, period. We waited 40 minutes for a sandwich, salad, and a pizza. When the manager finally addressed our concerns, he insisted it was only 35 minutes. Meanwhile, two families who arrived after us received their food within 20 minutes. It seems like our family was treated unfairly. On a positive note, our server Joe was amazing! We celebrated our son's 13th birthday at this restaurant! We had a DIY pizza party for our autistic son, and the staff arranged everything at our tables for the kids to create their own pizzas which were then cooked perfectly.
