Lucky's Ice Cream Grill - LEE

I've heard good things but my visit was disappointing. Flavors listed on the website were not available, they didn't have gluten free cones, when I asked whether they dunked the ice cream in the sprinkles (because of cross contamination) I was told they didn't only to see them do it (after my son who has Celiac disease already started to eat his), there was something fibrous in my ice cream that shouldn't have been there, stingy on the caramel topping, and the soft serve vanilla did not taste like ice cream. On the plus side my kids liked the playground and the prices were not outrageous.

Kinda sad they changed their hours and are closed in mondays now I was usually in area on Monday to stop.

We went at 9pm and the closed signs were on, despite the website stating open till 10p. We went up to the window and said, Your website says open till 10p. The servers responded by closing the shades. We loved coming here last year and had amazing service. What happened?

Dairy-Free/Vegan options: not impressive. You’d be better off buying a pint of dairy-free ice cream from the store. Dairy options: excellent.

The ice cream here is fantastic, but the wait time is extremely long. It seems like they might be a bit understaffed. They could really benefit from having an additional cash register and another person to scoop the ice cream.
