Jack's - Leeds

Well I can now say I 've waited over 25 minutes for "not the boneless chicken I ordered or waited 25 minutes for. At minute 22 or so I was asked to pick another option without any explanation. I will say friendliness of staff are much better than before.

I love when Jack's bring back the Big Breakfast Bologna Sandwich ??

For 3 weeks in a row I placed order online at least 1-1/2 hours before pick up. I even showed up later than the time I posted just to make sure it will be ready. Guess what I still have to wait at least 20 minutes to get the order because they have not even started it.

They were short-handed, they were being rude to the customers that were inside, they overcharged me for an egg and cheese biscuit and made me pay for bacon that I didn't get. My recommendation would be to go to the Moody store and not here.

The women in the morning drive-thru are so wonderful, quick, and kind. Very hard workers that are running around with a smile and going out of their way to be polite! Thank you for making things easy and fast!
