Flying Tandoori - Leeds

This restaurant in Leeds is one of the best. Their curry dishes are priced at £8.50 each and come with 3 chapatis or cooked rice, mixed bhaji, and yogurt sauce. The portion sizes are generous and the flavors are heavenly. I also tried the cheeseburger, which had a perfectly seasoned patty cooked to perfection. I haven't had the pizza yet, but they come highly recommended.

I was hesitant to order from this restaurant due to the reviews on Just Eat, but I must say that the food was fantastic. We ordered the special Balti pizza and the Wimper Pepperoni calzone, along with donner and chicken tikka meat samosas. Everything was delicious and full of flavor. I have no complaints and will definitely order again. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

There is something for everyone to enjoy, whether you prefer biriyani like my husband or a burger like me. With such a diverse selection, there's no need to visit multiple restaurants. I highly recommend trying out Flying Tandoori.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. The only issue we had was the inclusion of fried green peppers in the biryani, which we found unusual. However, the restaurant replaced it for us. Despite this, both versions of the biryani did not meet our expectations. The second one was greasy and tasted off. Authentic biryani is supposed to be steamed with marinated meat, spices, yogurt, and rose water. Nevertheless, the rest of the meal was superb.

On a late Saturday evening, my coworkers and I decided to order food from this restaurant. The menu was extensive, but unfortunately the food did not meet our expectations. The mixed starter was lackluster, and the chicken rogan josh was barely edible. In the end, most of the food ended up in the bin or being used for other purposes. Overall, I would not recommend dining here. I would rather make my own sandwiches at home.
