Much improved since our last visit. There seems to have been some investment. It's still quite shabby but that's the appeal. A good range of plants and an increased range of gardening stuff too, although some stock appears slightly dated dusty. A nice cafe. We just had coffee and cake but others were eating Sunday lunch. The atmosphere was pleasant and the whole place wasn't crammed full of irrelevant chintz like other local garden centres.
Small but growing with current expansion works. Not posh but a comfortable space where you can get a cuppa. Not really suitable for anyone on wheelchair or with mobility issues many different uneven levels.
Found this place accidentally on rainy day. Excellent garden centre with sheds, fencing outside. Roses, succulents, and vast array of healthy plants, shrubs and trees. Posh Tat was a nice little surprise and the little retirement village for old Tractors made my day!! Staff were friendly and helpful and will definitely be going back soon....
Went to buy a xmas tree for 2nd year running. Excellent customer service. Dealt with Andrew who is brilliant. Knowledgeable and really helpful. Helped me choose a tree (I wanted a thinish one am particular)!, he helped cut it so it would easily go into a tree stand, chopped off the branches we didn't need at the bottom, helped me to the car to get the 6.5ft tree into my small VW etc and went out of his way to be very helpful. Amazing service thank you
