I wanted to share my experience with this restaurant, but I didn't want it to go unnoticed. I started my shift around 3:30 AM, and by 8:00 AM I was busy and tired. I decided to stop by this McDonald's for a quick coffee since I had a freebie on my app. Unfortunately, the app wouldn't work. However, a girl named Keeley, who had a manager badge, came to my rescue. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly cheerful, resolving the issue and making my experience much better. It’s a simple concept that should be commonplace but is sadly rare these days. During my visit, it was clear that Keeley’s talents are being underutilized in her role, especially in terms of how she interacts with customers. It's unfortunate that McDonald's doesn’t seem to recognize her potential, especially compared to other employees I've encountered at similar fast-food chains across the country. Thank you, Keeley, you are fantastic!
I had a busy experience at the restaurant. The tables are quite close together, so there's not much space for children's strollers to fit safely. However, the seating is comfortable, the restaurant is very clean, and the service is quick. My only real complaint is that they didn't have banana milkshakes, which is the only flavor I enjoy. Nevertheless, I don't mean to be too harsh. The staff were very friendly, even during busy times.
The food is usually quite fresh. However, McDonald's, being located nearby, tends to make it very busy during lunchtime. After the remodeling and expansion of the parking lot, navigating the area has become a bit more hazardous. To access the drive-thru, customers have to turn left and drive around the entire parking lot, but there are no barriers to direct traffic, which has led to people frequently entering through the parking lot exit to reach the drive-thru. I've had several close calls with drivers doing this.
