Mcdonald's - Leeds

The food was served cold, almost as if it had been left out for hours. Half of the order was missing, including the chocolate milkshake, which was only half full. Additionally, there were no chips provided and it took an hour to receive our food. Overall, it was a disgusting experience.

I placed a delivery order today, but when it arrived, the chips were cold and the burger was lukewarm. If the restaurant is going to offer delivery, they should wrap the food properly to ensure it stays hot for the customer. Using cling film would be a good suggestion.

The service at this branch is better than at other locations. The burger and fries were both fresh and hot. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal because it was so fresh. Please continue with the excellent work. Thank you.

Absolutely appalling. Paid and told to wait at last window. 19 minute wait, my son checked the bag and the happy meal was missing 5 minutes of beeping horn and shouting the young lad said are you after your happy meal! Food was stone cold and my mc crispy was a mc spicy. Shocking and disgusting. I’m appalled.

To day I ordered £27 worth off food to be delivered to my house. And when it came I got a burger and chips and drink. Don't the staff no what there doing it even came cold my kid wouldn't eat the burger I only live 5 mins down the road in a car it needs closing down wouldn't give it a star
