Do what they do, fast food. Except for times when you order through some food delivery apps and they missed the food or drinks out of the bags.

The staff are so rude like l was just trying to get my happy meal and l will be on my way. But there is this female that just dashed the food. You guys should hire people who actually want to work other than someone who so moody and rude. There are so many young people are nicer and passionate about working. I work in hospitality as well and l do have my bad days but l don’t push my anger on to others. Most especially customers.

Had to wait on parking bay then they forgot my bbq sauce!

Terrible experience tonight my order went cold on the counter because I didn't hear the number. I was watching out for a tray because I ordered to eat in. So i wasnt paying attention when another bag came out. Manager was rude to me so i left my cold meal behind. Never going to this branch and will ward others from doing so in future. Terrible service even the other times I have been. Staff obviously overworked.

Probally the worse MacD’s in the world. I have given it 1 star out of 5 because it’s only satisfactory about 20% of the time. Rest of the time, Slow. Usually cold. Portions short (fries, drinks). Stuff missing off the menu. Ice cream machine off as much as it’s on. Special orders almost always wrong. Staff with few exceptions don’t give a toss. Photo below sums it up well. Extra onions and pickles on this order one pickle and no onion. Last time I came food was actually picture perfect, hot and quickly served with a smile, so they can do it, but annoyingly only about 10 to 20% of the time, the rest of the time it’s the pits. If there was a Burger King over the road it would clean up. Also it’s not 24hrs. It’s about 22 and 3/4 depending on who long the close for some time from midnight to 2.00 ish thereabouts.
