We often come for food or sometimes even just a drink, The staff there are amazing, really friendly, helpful always make us feel so welcome. Especially the Wednesday staff. Thankyou for making it an enjoyable family evening.

Traditional local pub, a good atmosphere, great staff and the usual food. Like all busy locals, it needed a good spring clean and paint which has happend, It just needs maintaining, but worth a visit if you are passing. Friday afternoons seems to attract some folk with bad language on their way home from work, doesn't bother me, but if you are taking children, have a think !

I ordered four different meals from the Sunday lunch menu and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes. The value for the price was excellent and I would definitely dine there again.

From really friendly staff, very clean pub and amazing food, this is a great venue. Fish and chip platter includes beside the chunky fish and chips, peas, scampi and a large battered sausage and a curry sauce. All cooked to perfection. Highly recommend it.

We made a reservation for 5:30pm for our granddaughter's birthday. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there was no table reserved for us. We asked the barmaid about our reservation and were told that they were no longer serving food due to a high number of existing orders. Despite explaining that we had made a reservation that morning, we were informed that there were 17 orders ahead of us and it would be over an hour before we could place a new order. It was a disappointing experience and we had to leave to find another place to feed our little one.
