Pizza Panache - Leeds

We ordered delivery and really enjoyed our pizza, vegetable lasagna, and burger. The food was authentic Italian, the delivery was affordable, and the overall value was excellent. We highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Every time we go in, even after a few drinks, the staff always take great care of us and have a friendly chat. The food is consistently excellent and we have no complaints. The servers are wonderful and we can't wait to return. Additionally, all the food is made to order and there is a wide selection of vegan options. In conclusion, this place is truly outstanding.

Upon contacting the restaurant, I received a disappointing response. The staff were rude, unapologetic, and unhelpful. They refused to rectify the order and claimed they were too busy to assist further. This was surprising to me, considering the poor quality and tasteless food I received. As I looked outside, I noticed the driver had left. In conclusion, if you enjoy waiting excessively for incorrect and cold food, I recommend choosing another restaurant over Pizza Panache.

I ordered from this establishment and an hour later I'm still waiting for my food. I call to check and tell them my order. They have received it but no longer do curry. No phone call to tell me otherwise. They tell me I have to ring the website to let them know about getting a refund and to change their website.... Then I read the other reviews and realised what a mistake I had made where other had had no shows as well.... I couldn't put a review on Just Eat so I thought I would put one here. Very rude and the rest.

This restaurant had the worst customer service I 've ever come across... the order was over 2hrs late already before I called and they verbatim stated you 'll get the food when you get it and they don 't care . Unprofessional and would not recommend, ever!
