The food and service were excellent, and the crispy duck with the usual pancakes etc was top draw
We ordered a spicy Singapore style vermicelli as a takeaway , with prawn toast and a portion of curry sauce . The order arrived with OK sauce , only 3 tiny pieces of prawn toast and the vermicelli had about 6 chips in it ! . It felt it was someone’s left overs ! . I called to tell them , it cost me another £2 for them to deliver another portion of prawn toast and the curry sauce ! .
Literally a 5 minutes drive outside of the centre and so car parking is easy and FREE!! The lady that served us was lovely and pleasant. The food was absolutely adorable and very well priced...it also filled me and I'm a self confessed pig! I would definitely go again ....
Had a really nice meal here- salt and pepper squid...lovely light batter and spare ribs for starters which my boyfriend really enjoyed. Mains were great. Lovely service even though it was a quiet Tuesday evening...service was spot on.
We decided to drop by at 6:00 pm for a sit-down meal at Half Full. The restaurant was surprisingly lively for that time of day. We were greeted by a friendly waiter who promptly brought us menus. Shortly after, we were given complimentary prawn crackers and sauce to enjoy while we perused the small but well-curated menu. For our starter, we opted to share the Spare ribs with ok sauce, which were delicious with tender meat and a flavorful sauce. For our main course, we ordered the Duck in plum sauce and Beef in Oyster sauce with Egg Fried rice, accompanied by a reasonably priced bottle of Malbec. Overall, we were satisfied with the price we paid for our meal and will definitely return. The only downside was that the restaurant was a bit chilly, making us reluctant to dine with our coats on.
