Incredible dining experience! I had the best falafel and hummus sandwich of my life, along with a delightful chai latte and a delicious coconut cupcake. The staff and owner, Ali, were incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s a wonderful independent café located behind the town hall. The free Wi-Fi is an added bonus!

I couldn't have loved working at Colbys more. Ali was the most caring and hard-working boss I could imagine. Friendly atmosphere, gorgeous coffee and food to top it all off. Couldn't recommend more.

Popped into Colbys when I was in Leeds on a business trip but the coffee, service and atmosphere I found would have been worth the 7 hour train journey on their own!!! Spotlessly clean, great range of delicious treats and just a fab place to be. 5 stars aren't enough!!!

The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The chai latte I ordered was creamy without being overly sweet, and it had a wonderful flavor. My partner, who tried a regular coffee, really enjoyed the Americano he had. Additionally, the lemon drop cake was light, moist, and delicious! I highly recommend visiting Colby's.
