Presentation of food terribly, no peppercorn sauce available. Tried to charge extra for food we didn't ask for. Certainly will not be visiting again.
Good little local pub, nice atmosphere every time we visit, nice and cosy pub and staff welcoming and drinks good. Have had Sunday lunch here a few times and is always delicious and good value with good portion size.
Stepped in here while visiting friends in Pudsey. They accept dogs, which is great, and the place had a nice ambience to it. We didn't eat any food, and unfortunately the kitchen had stopped serving 10 mins before advertised. But if you're looking for a nice pub for a few drinks, this is the place.
Ham egg and chips wow. Lovely Wiltshire Ham. Husband had Scampi. Food excellent. Service friendly and welcoming. Bluebadge parking. No steps, accessible toilet. Wheelchair accessible. On a frequent bus service. Leeds postcode but not in the city centre.
We were visiting family in Pudsey and decided to have Sunday lunch nearby. We usually go to the Bankhouse but decided to try the Fox and Grapes as the reviews were good. We got the impression that this is a real community pub. The Sunday menu is limited but we went for the roast beef dinner. We were not disappointed. The beef was tender with no fat or gristle. The spuds and veg were great. They also served a good pint of Saltaire Blonde. We'll certainly be back to sample the pies much talked about.
