Great service and food.. staff were friendly and helpfull

A little hectic admittedly a Sunday lunch time, long queue for the carvery but worth it, could have had a little more meat on the plate though. Overall, nice food, oh yes one more thing, parking horrendous.

The restaurant failed to register our car for parking, resulting in an invalid parking fine. Despite reaching out to Toby Carvery for help, our request was ignored. Resolving the issue with the parking fine issuer ended up costing us over 7.70 pounds. The General Manager, Eloise, offered no apology or reimbursement for the inconvenience caused. They displayed a lack of customer service and even misspelled my name in their response. This establishment does not value its customers and should not be trusted with your money.

After hearing wonderful reviews, we decided to visit this hidden gem. We found that the food was cooked perfectly, although the Yorkshire pudding could have been warmer. Kath, our host, was fantastic - friendly and fun. We will definitely be returning just to see her again. Overall, we will be making another visit soon. Thank you, Kath, for your hospitality.

My family of seven came to the restaurant on New Year's Day to celebrate my mom's birthday. We received fast and friendly service from our waitress Kath, who was amazing and so nice to our children. Despite the busy restaurant, she made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious as always and everyone had a great time! Thank you again Kath, and Happy New Year!
