Wok Go - Leeds

I decided to try this restaurant on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised by the large portion sizes and affordable prices. The staff were friendly and overall, the meal was very enjoyable.

The food was cold, with raw vegetables and an abundance of noodles but only a small amount of meat, prawns, and two small broccoli florets. The manager was rude, immediately accusing the driver when we started talking, and showed no concern for the mistakes in the order. This was my second time ordering from this restaurant and the service was consistently poor. I hope to never order from them again, and the manager should show more respect and attention to customers. Overall, the food quality was disappointing.

My experience at Wok and Go in White Rose was disappointing. We were attracted by the 10% student discount advertised outside, and decided to try their 'create your own' boxes. We upgraded to include a small side and drink each. The cashier was unfriendly and quiet. Our total came to £15.30 for two regular noodle boxes, two sides, and a drink each. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect, missing the chicken we had paid for. When my partner returned to rectify the mistake, the cashier was unhelpful and rude. The spring rolls as a side were overly hot and lacked flavor. The noodles in the boxes were bland and left me feeling sick after eating them. Overall, the experience was not worth the cost, and we won't be returning to Wok and Go due to the poor quality of the food and unfriendly service.

If you like flavoured noodles come here. The large box is nothing but noddles hardly any meat or vegetables or anything you would expect in wok style food. Their profits must be amazing. What they forget is repeat business is where the profit is. Serving all noodles no meat no veggies bean sprouts etc cuts out the expensive ingredients but means customers feel ripped off. I feel this is poor value for money, poor nutritional value at least they are consistent. I won’t be visiting ever again. I will make it a point of conversation to ensure I don’t recommend friends to come here.!!!

1st time here, the starters are good, the main I had was bland and could do with more filling rather than a box full of noddles.
