Woodies Craft Ale House - Leeds

This is undoubtedly the best ale house in the area. They have an extensive selection of ales and a great variety of gins. There are always good deals available, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and the beer garden is a nice size.

Beautiful atmosphere and personal. better than average pub food and especially the best welcome for dogs! always has sport on the TV-Pity there is no possibility to hear the comment! great place. we discovered it in juli 2010 in the night of our high-time celebration ... we went with a really international group to watch the World Cup finale and as many of us were spanish and all there lived a fun party management!

We ended up at Woodies after visiting the pub next door, where we discovered there was no food available until later in the day. What a fortunate turn of events! We found Woodies to be absolutely fabulous! The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. What more could you ask for?

I visited last night while staying nearby. The restaurant was quite busy, but it had a friendly atmosphere. I ordered the roast beef wrap and the chicken jalfrezi; both came out promptly, were beautifully presented, and tasted incredible. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The only downside is that we live over an hour away, but if we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return.
