I ordered a single piece of fried chicken and chips at this restaurant. The food arrived quickly after a heated argument in the kitchen between two staff members. The chicken initially seemed hot on the outside, but when I took a bite, I realized the inside was cold. It was clear that the chicken had been reheated in a microwave, which is a dangerous practice. I returned to the shop to complain about this violation of food hygiene, but was met with verbal abuse and was even chased out of the premises. I advise against eating at this restaurant, as their food safety practices are questionable and their staff can be aggressive. This incident occurred a few months ago, but I only felt safe to share my experience now that I have moved away from the area.

I ordered a pizza for pick-up today from this restaurant, not having dined here in about three years so I was a bit nervous. I really regret not choosing another place! The pizza was extremely unpleasant! It had no flavor or seasoning, the chicken had fat on it and tasted strange, and the minced meat had a foul smell. I was very disappointed! Without a doubt, this was the most disgusting pizza I have ever had! I couldn't even finish one slice! I don't think I will ever return here again. Dear manager, please contact me for a refund.

We ordered the meat feast pizza and garlic bread, but it was terrible. The pizza was burnt and had a strange taste. I ended up getting food poisoning and was unable to leave my bed for two days, resulting in me having to take time off work. I will never return to this restaurant again and believe it should be closed down.

Never had a good experience with this place, they serve over priced food in comparison to other takeaways in Hyde park. They just take advantage of drunk students and serve poor quality food. DEAD I paid £4-£5 for 3 piece chips plus an extra £2 for a bit of kebab meat and they didn't even give me any meat barely any chips lmao #hadoff 1/5 really bad service and you have to pay for sauce.
