Chili's Grill - Lees Summit

The bathrooms were disgusting and had broken the doors off from the stands. Our table and our surroundings were covered with old foods that we cleaned ourselves. Other people were sitting right next to us, despite coviding restrictions. That was food was okay, except it tasted like old oil, remember, all these problems were at 11 a.m. when they just opened and we were the first people at the table. The one and only good I can say was the staff friendly and the waiter was great. He tried to fix the problems and talk to the manager, but I'm not cheap enough to get a free gift card. Lower line of this place needs some attention and renovation.

Absolutely horrible. We went out to enjoy a quick dinner and have a margarita. As we stay down the waiter came over and asked for our drink order. We asked for two strawberry margaritas. About five minutes later he got us a cup of water. We ordered chips and salsa to start and ended up ordering 3 for $10. The chips and salsa was the appetizer for my meal. I ordered a coke as my drink. By the time we got our strawberry margarita our water cups were empty. As we tried our margaritas we noticed they were strawberry lemonades. Okay, no biggie. He brought out a second order of chips and salsa for my friends 3 for $10. Still no water refilled and no cokes for us. Then another waitress brought out my pasta dinner. About 5 or 10 minutes later my friends quesadilla came out and we were told it was rang as a separate table. When her food came out we mentioned to her that our margaritas tasted like lemonade. She went to find out what happened. They were rung in as strawberry lemonades. They corrected the drink mistakes and we finally got our margaritas as we finished our meals. Not once has our water or coke been refilled. This waiter had one other table but his lack of desire to even be here was ridiculous. All while the manager sat at the table next to us talking to other employees. As the ticket came out it was completely wrong. He charged us for the lemonades, a order of chips, rang her quesadilla as a separate entree, and our cokes separate. This was such a horrible experience that I 'm not sure we will return.

Waited for over an hour for a table, not an issue it?s a busy Friday night but was quoted 30 minutes and never updated. Got our table and ordered an appetizer, took forever to get. Then about 30 minutes after finishing our appetizer we learn that our food order never got placed so we had to wait another 30 minutes for our food. All in all we were there over 2 hours. Our server did take our appetizer off the bill for the mistake and he was personally fine. Food was not great and it took way to long. Bathroom wall tiles and floors were visibly covered in dirt, trash overflowing. Won?t be returning.

Service was great, fast an prompt. Meals were great, hot when served. It was $5 Margarita night and they were good! Would definitely recommend
