Arby's - Lee's Summit

Hi, thanks for your time. I had a doordash delivery that was supposed to be ready for pick-up at 9:38 last night. I arrived at 9:30 just in case it was ready. I waited until 9:50 until I inquired about my order. Asked to speak to manager. I was told by the manager that if I wanted my order any quicker I should fill out an application. I've been there and done that for 3 years in high-school. The drive thru was empty, no customers. They were aware I was waiting on an order for a long time but that drive thru customers orders were to be taken care of first. Then doordash. I get it. But I don't get paid by the hour like they do. Manager was very condescending. This is a common occurrence at this location I dont come here unless I almost have too. Per doordash rules.

A quick drive through for a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and curly fries makes me one happy customer. This is my favorite meal and Arby's delivers on quality and taste everytime! The meat portions have gotten smaller over the years (my reason four stars instead of 5), but it's still an all time Fav because of the freshness of all ingredients used.

Anytime I come to this Arby’s I’m waiting in drivethru at the ordering box for 10 minutes before I get my order taken. Has to be the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I never got my order taken this particular time so decided to pull around and saw one person going inside the door she tried was locked so she went to the other side of the building and it was also locked. It’s 12:30 pm middle of lunch. Worst fast food restaurant ever

I had messed my order up on Doordash so I called up there to get it fixed. The general manager Sam was SOOOOOOOOO accommodating to me and she fixed it all for me. Customer service was amazing and so was

I never got to try the burgers last time, but this time, I'm able to. They're so good. I really like the bacon cheesy burgers. Also, if you wanna know what the sauce is on there. The lady told me it's kinda like big Mac sauce.
