Cookie Jar Bakery - Lee's Summit

I'm in there all the time because it's so close to my office. Their salted caramel brownies are the greatest. Their apple pie and macarons are also great.

Stopped by for some treats for the office, they were delicious and gone in a flash! Nice selection, price was on par with other bakeries, it was a little hard to find, it's tucked into the strip mall, look for the sign in the window :

It's delicious I've had their breakfast sandwich variations twice, and my favorite is the egg scramble with jelly on a dinner roll. The cookies were a hit with the kids I didn't get even a bite!

Don't hesitate to visit this place! I recently tried some delicious treats and the salted caramel brownies were absolutely amazing. The customer service is excellent and the staff is passionate about their work. I highly recommend Cookie Jar Bakery!
