Jose Pepper's - Lee's Summit

Nothing special about my chicken especial last night. I ordered carry out last night from after seeing my favorite the chicken enchilada especial was back on the menu. Regulars know this was removed when the menu under went changes. Also now it only has 2 enchiladas instead of the 3. Despite the price increase. Any way on the phone I asked what was included since the description didn’t tell you if sides were included and that’s how I found out about the short on enchiladas. My beans tasted like they had been plopped right out of a can into my container. No flavor, seasoning utterly gross. They forgot the rice but remembered last minute as we had 2 containers in the bag of cilantro lime rice instead of Mexican rice. We not have sour cream on the enchiladas or the cornbread scoop that is customary with their dishes. One bag of chips for 2 dinners with 4 salsas as we like both the hot and mild. This was very disappointing to say the least.

Only complaint is sometimes hard to find parking.Parking: At the busiest of times there is not enough parking. You might have to walk a bit.

Met with friends for dinner, served hot and fresh to order, great service and affordable.

I had the Mexican pizza. My parents had taco salads. Everything was good. Service was quick and polite

Some work colleagues and I decided to go to Jose Peppers for lunch. When we arrived we were seated right away. Our server was very attentive and never let any of our drinks empty. She was very friendly and professional. The food was ready just after a short wait. When we were finishing up, she asked if we need any to-go-boxes before we could ask.
